  • Mari Grug:

Mari GrugMari Grug was raised on a farm in Mynachlog-Ddu, Pembrokeshire. A pupil at Ysgol y Preseli, she then studied Welsh at the University College of Wales, Cardiff. An acting role as Catrin in the S4C drama 'Darn o Dir' gave Mari her first television break. After graduating, she began her television career presenting 'Planed Plant', and has worked with a number of television production companies. The highlight of her career to date was working at the Royal Welsh Show and the National Eisteddfod in 2007, since she always enjoyed these events as a child. On 1 November 2007, Mari embarked upon a new challenge, joining the team of S4C weather presenters. When she’s not presenting weather bulletins, Mari enjoys dining out, visiting her family in Pembrokeshire, anything to do with music and if time allows, cleaning the house.

  • Erin Roberts:

Erin RobertsOriginally from the Caernarfon area, now lives in Cardiff. After graduating in Geography from Liverpool University, Erin spent ten years teaching Geography at Cwm Rhymni and Rhydfelen schools. She has recently decided to pursue her interest in presenting the weather forecast on a full-time basis. Even though she has worked for S4C as a weather presenter for nearly four years, she is enjoying the new challenge of working full-time with the S4C weather production team as they continue to develop a comprehensive weather service for viewers. Her interests include learning to speak Italian (one word at a time), running (short distances), cooking and travelling. She is also a keen supporter of Everton Football Club and hopes to see their recent success continue.
